WELCOME TO THE LUDLOW HOCKEY ASSOCIATION REGISTRATION!

This registration will allow you to create player profiles linked to your account.
 

After providing the player information, you will need to identify at least 1 Parent/Guardian information. We can only communicate information to guardians listed. It is best to include all guardians.
 

If you have more than 1 player/participant in your household, you can add more player/participants at the end of the registration.

NOTE:  You will also be able to add a new player/participant at the time of registering for a specific sport.
